Acrotomophilia is the condition in which an individual becomes sexually aroused, or has fantasies about, somebody with an amputated limb. An individual with acrotomophilia may not be attracted to someone without an amputation, although may fantasize that their current sexual partner is an amputee. Oftentimes in this case the individual with acrotomophilia might ask their sexual partner to wrap a limb, or limbs with a bandage in order to fulfill their fantasies.
