The Male G-Spot

What is the Prostate Gland (ie. male g-spot)?

The prostate gland is a chestnut-sized organ, shaped like a doughnut, present only in males. This gland, known as an unpaired male sex accessory gland, produces, stores, and secretes a clear fluid that makes up 13% to 33% of seminal fluid.

Where is the Prostate Gland Located (ie. male g-spot)?

The Prostate Gland is located between the bladder and the rectum, beneath the seminal vesicle, and surrounding the urethra (see image on left). It can be accessed through the rectum.

How to Stimulate the Prostate Gland (ie. the male g-spot)

After wetting your latex-covered finger with saliva or a water-based lubricant, slowly and gently insert it into your male partner’s rectum. Take your time, as the outer third of his rectum is the most sensitive. Going slowly allows both of you enough time to adjust to this new technique/sensation, and may even add to his desire for deeper penetration. When your partner is ready, begin moving your finger in and out, millimeters at a time, until he is relaxed enough to allow more movement. Once both of you are feeling comfortable, and your finger is fully inserted, curl your finger upwards, and begin making the “come hither” movement with your finger. This motion allows you to stimulate (stroke, massage, tap, rub) his prostate gland. You may feel more adventurous to include sex toys into your sex play to help stimulate the prostate. Anal penetration is not just an option for gay men! Pegging  is where a female uses a strap on to anally penetrate her man within heterosexual couples and can be a very pleasurable experience when done safely.

Why Stimulate the Prostate Gland (ie. what is pleasurable about the male g-spot)

Some men find prostate stimulation intensely arousing (likening it to stimulation of the G-Spot in women), while others find anal penetration or prostate stimulation of any kind to be painful. Others still find it neutral, neither enjoyable nor painful. For those men who do enjoy anal and prostate stimulation, they can often achieve orgasm from prostate stimulation alone, while others enjoy prostate stimulation as an accompaniment to oral sex…enhancing pleasure, intensity of orgasm, and volume of ejaculation.
