How to Deep Throat:

  •  Be in control.  Have your partner stay still so that you can control how far his penis goes into your throat. This will minimize the gag reflex.

  • Take the tip of his penis and place it on the roof of your mouth and slide it back. Most people have a preference for sliding the penis towards the left side of the mouth, but try both.

  • Open your throat. To learn how to open your throat, imagine yourself chugging a beer. Whatever you naturally do to accomplish this task is the same skill set used for deep throating. If you are not a beer drinker, or don't want to chug bear, try being mindful of your throat as you chug water.  Please note, we do not encourage beer chugging. Bear chugging is not good for you, the reason we mention it is because it works.

  • Use the base of your tongue to control the penis in your mouth.

  • Take a few deep breaths and relax.

  • Breath from your nose.

  • Practice. Do not expect success the first time you try. Often it takes weeks of practice. The good news is that most men are happy to have to have you practice on them.

Back up plan: While giving a blow job, use your hands. This increases the amount of stimulation that your partner will receive. Use your mouth to focus on the top half of the shaft, while your hands are both on his penis.  Use lots of lubrication. The slippier your hands are, the more they will feel like an extension of your mouth.  Many men can not tell the difference between hands used in conjunction with your mouth from deep throating.

For lubrication, we recommend salvia.  You have an unlimited free supply!

Your hands can move in rhythm with your mouth, or they can go in the opposite direction. And for the advanced person, try using two hands, moving in the opposite direction (think Indian rug burn - with lots of lubrication) while the mouth is moving up an down.
