Coitus Reservatus: Sex Dictionary

Coitus Reservatus
Occurs when the male does not ejaculate directly into the vagina, but remains at the plateau phase of intercourse in order to avoid reaching orgasm.
This technique can be quite fun for couples wanting to engage in extended sex-play. However, taken to the extreme, it can lead to difficulties with having an orgasm.
